Scabiosa

The use of Scabiosa dated back to the medial period, where records show the plants leaves were used to scratch scabies itches.

Scabiosa was native to the U.K. where it enjoyed meadows and pastures and was widely used in home gardens.

Whilst we ensure its soil is kept moist, the U.K. became increasingly wetter during the mid 21st century, causing major stress to plant.

Scabiosa would eventually die out in the wild, with the last reported specimen surviving until 2082.
