Our work cannot happen without financial support. We want to make Ardwick a blueprint for what can be possible.

Ardwick is one of the most deprived areas in the city of Manchester. Often forgotten and neglected, it sees little investment and renovation in its green spaces, and what we have is rarely maintained. This is a key reason Ardwick Climate Action was started. ​Rewilding and renewing disused and neglected spaces in deprived cities has shown to improve community engagement by creating a better environment, improved mental health and wellbeing, local economic development amongst others, full report available at The Nature Conservancy.
